A Strategic Partnership to Expand OPT Opportunities for International Student-Athletes in the U.S

Keystone Sports, the sport division of Keystone Education Group, is proud to announce a new partnership with The 全球职业发展中心 (GCC), a leading organization that connects education with employment opportunities in the United States.

This strategic collaboration helps international student-athletes transition from college to successful careers in the U.S. through Curricular Practical Training (CPT) and Optional Practical Training (OPT) programs.

The Global Career Center works with educational institutions worldwide, companies across various industries, and students of all ages. GCC specializes in connecting education with real-world work experience through program development, comprehensive support services, and hands-on learning opportunities. The organization is recognized globally for bridging the gap between classroom learning and professional careers.

Career Transition Support for Student-Athletes Through CPT and OPT Programs

Keystone Sports and GCC share the same goal: helping international student-athletes successfully transition from college to professional careers in the United States. Through this partnership, student-athletes will have access to CPT and OPT opportunities with companies across multiple industries. Primary locations include New York City, Boston, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, with additional locations in Atlanta, Metro Detroit, and Phoenix. This creates a clear path from graduation to meaningful employment for international students.

Supporting International Student-Athletes' Career Success Beyond Graduation

The partnership centers around the Internship Placement and Employability Services for International Students program, which allows student-athletes to gain first-hand knowledge, build professional connections, and experience the global workplace as an extension of their studies.

The program is aligned with each student’s area of study and takes place during a pre-determined academic period, with a personalized placement process and timeframe that works with the academic calendar. This comprehensive approach ensures that student-athletes can balance their athletic commitments, academic requirements, and professional development seamlessly.
